When providing information relating to your claim it is important that you provide us with as much detail as possible.
You can help speed up the claims process by:
  • Answering all questions asked on the Online Claim Form
  • Providing as much detail as possible about the circumstances of the claim
  • Uploading at least one (1) photograph which clearly shows the damage to the device (required for Accidental Damage, Damage Protection and Theft claims only)
